Can I really earn Qantas Points three times?
Yes, for a limited time Qantas Points can be earned three times on your spend. Here’s how it works:
Earn once – Qantas Points will be earned on your Qantas Points earning credit card or charge card spend as normal. The Qantas Points you earn will be awarded to your nominated Qantas Frequent Flyer or Qantas Business Rewards account, as applicable to your card terms.^
Earn twice – Qantas Points will be earned again on your spend through B2Bpay. The Qantas Points earned will be awarded to your nominated Qantas Business Rewards account.*
Earn three times – Qantas Points will be earned a third time if you make payments through B2Bpay between 13 May and 31 July 2019. Your business will earn 1 bonus Qantas Points for every $1 transacted on your first $10,000. That’s 10,000 bonus points on your first $10,000 transacted.☨
How many Qantas Points will my business earn through B2Bpay?
Your business will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $100 paid through B2Bpay. Plus your business can earn up to 3 Qantas Points for every $1.50 spent with Bonus Billers (depending on the agreement between the biller and B2Bpay).*
What is a Bonus Biller?

Can I really earn Qantas Points on government and ATO spend?
If you have a Qantas Points earning credit or charge card, Qantas Points are earned as per your card terms~. As payment is processed via B2Bpay and not with the supplier directly, points are earned on all spend types including government and ATO spend.
Are there additional fees on payments?
There are no additional fees charged for using the B2Bpay portal. In fact, more often that not the B2Bpay processing fees are less than what you’d pay directly to the biller.
The standard card processing fees apply for B2Bpay payments:
- Visa / Mastercard standard cards: 1.2% (after company tax deduction: 0.84%)
- Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards: 1.55% (after tax deduction: 1.09%)
- American Express cards: 2.2% (after tax deduction: 1.54%)
- Diners Club cards:2.4% (after tax deduction: 1.68%)
What happens if I’m not a Qantas Business Rewards member?

Does B2Bpay charge my card as a cash advance?
No, your payment is treated as a normal card transaction which means the standard 55 days interest free period applies to your payment.
Can I pay an invoice to any biller?
To pay an invoice you simply need to select one of the billers available from the B2Bpay biller options. If you cannot find the biller you would like to pay, then you can select the option ‘add a biller’. The B2Bpay team will then verify the biller within 24hrs and approve your payment.
My Qantas Points earning credit or charge card has a points cap, can I still earn more points?
There are no changes to the terms and conditions of your Qantas Points earning credit or charge card, so if your card has a points cap, this will still apply. More points are earned when you transact through the B2Bpay portal, including bonus Qantas Points if you meet the eligibility criteria.
