A copy of your company invoice. Please ensure it clearly shows your business name, invoice number, address etc.
A clear self-portrait photo of you holding your driver’s licence. Make sure your face and the details on the licence are fully visible and unobstructed.
(OPTIONAL) Company logo in JPEG or GIF format. This can be provided later.
