At B2Bpay we are proud to house our entire sales and support team here in Australia. Our sales team is made up of hard-working individuals who are always willing and able to answer any questions you may have.

Matthew Johnston

Matthew is our Senior Business Consultant at B2Bpay and has been with us since 2018. His breadth of experience in the payments industry has helped to develop a real feel for the SME space.

He is a hard working professional, whose commitment and attention to detail is often lauded by his clients. Matthew enjoys reading, spending time with his family and making models outside of B2Bpay.

We asked Matthew why he believes B2Bpay is so valuable to businesses and he had this to say.

Michaelle Domingo

Michaelle joined the B2Bpay team in April 2022 and currently works as Sales Account Manager. Michaelle is an experienced salesman having close to a decade of experience in the industry.

He loves spending time with his family and two beautiful children Jordan and Jaena, being happily married for almost 25 years. Michaelle, like many other members of the team is an avid foodie and loves trying out different cuisines.

We asked Michaelle why he believes B2Bpay is so valuable to businesses and he had this to say.

“As an Australian Business it helps all the SMB to assist them with their business from cash flow to connecting their accounting software to make their work smoother.”

Anna Banno

Anna Banno is a Customer Success & Sales Manager for B2Bpay, joining the team in July of 2022. We have loved having Anna’s confident bubbly energy around the office. She is quick to make friends with a kind and social air about her.

Coming from a proud Italian heritage, she loves to cook, entertain friends and family and spend time at the beach. Anna has very quickly gotten into the swing of things at B2Bpay with a real passion for the job.

We asked Anna why she believes B2Bpay is so valuable to businesses and she had this to say.

“We offer an exceptional service that some clients require and offer great customer service. What sets us apart from the rest, is that we are an Australian company based in Australia and you can talk to real people and also have their direct numbers, for any inquiries the customer may have.

Kane McMonigle

Kane is the longest serving member of our B2Bpay sales team, having come on board in late 2017. He currently serves as our Sales Manager. Originally from country Victoria he made the move to Sydney to join B2Bpay.

Kane has both experience working in and a love for horse racing, spending years in the industry prior to his move to NSW. If you can’t find him at the race track he will be in any good restaurant with a bottle of red. A dedicated family man, we are very proud to have Kane on our team.

We asked Kane why he believes B2Bpay is so valuable to businesses and he had this to say.

“Aside from earning substantial Qantas Points and credit card points when paying your bills using B2Bpay, a business can also receive payments at absolutely no cost to them!“

Chris Luckie

Chris is the Support and Solutions: Team Leader for B2Bpay, having joined the team in late 2017. A larger than life personality and always quick for a joke, when asked to describe himself, Chris said – “Zealot flat weather and alien reptilian theorist!”.

Outside of B2Bpay, Chris is an avid outdoorsman enjoying hiking, swimming, scuba diving and prospecting. But perhaps his greatest joy in life is being a proud family man and father.

We asked Chris why he believes B2Bpay is so valuable to businesses and he had this to say.
