How it works
Accepting Payments
- Sign up to B2Bpay and get a payment link on your invoices so your customers can pay you by card online.
- Your customers can pay you securely online via your branded payment page. This automatically reconciles in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks (if you use this software)
- You receive funds via EFT within 3 business days.
- Earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1 you receive until 30 April 2022, up to 20,000 Qantas Points.*
- You will always earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 paid to you by VISA or Mastercard, plus an additional 1 bonus Qantas Point for the first $10,000 received^.
Making Payments
- Fill out the simple registration form to get started.
- Set up your payments by selecting or adding the suppliers you wish to pay. Or connect to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks and the bills you have to pay will be auto loaded.
- Make payments (you can make one off, bulk automatic or future dated payments).
- We pay your bills by transferring payment to your suppliers by EFT within 3 business days.
- Improve cash flow and earn full credit card reward points and bonus Qantas Points on top when you pay your bills.^

How much does it cost?
There is no cost to join B2Bpay and no ongoing fees other than the normal card processing fee (which depends on the card you use) or bank account processing fee. These processing fees are tax deductible and B2Bpay provides you with a tax invoice.
The value of all the credit card points and Qantas Points that you can earn combined with the cash flow benefits outweigh the tax deductible B2Bpay processing fees.

There is no cost for you to receive payments as your customers pay the processing fees, unless you choose to absorb the fees.
If you choose to absorb the processing fees they are as follows: Visa / Mastercard standard cards: 1.3%, Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards: 1.65%, American Express cards: 2.3%, Diners Club cards: 2.5%.
These fees replace any existing merchant service fee or surcharge and you and your customers will earn Qantas Points on eligible payments.
There is no cost to join B2Bpay and no fees other than the normal tax-deductible card processing fee, which depends on the card you use. B2Bpay provides you with a tax invoice for card processing fees.

Firstly, you need to make sure you are a Qantas Business Rewards member – you can join for free by clicking here. Once you have signed up to receive payments and we have set you up, you will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1 you receive up to 20,000 Qantas Points before 31 October 2021.
You will continue to earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 paid to you by Visa or Mastercard ongoing.
Yes! If your customers or clients are Qantas Business Rewards members and they enter their ABN on your payment page, they will earn 1 Qantas Points for every $10 paid to you**. We make this clear on your branded payment page, so they know what to do, and that they earn Qantas Points for making a payment. If you want to go even further and reward your customers with more bonus Qantas Points for doing business with you, you can upgrade to become a ‘B2Bpay Bonus Biller’. To become a Bonus Biller, simply ask us how!
