A standard and tax-deductible credit card processing fee (from 1.2% excl. GST) or a bank account processing fee (0.65% excl. GST) applies to all payments and the applicable fee will be displayed when you set up a biller and/or when you make a payment.
There is no cost for you to receive payments as your customers pay the processing fees, unless you choose to absorb the fees.
If you choose to absorb the processing fees they are as follows: Visa / Mastercard standard cards: 1.4%, Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards: 1.8%, American Express cards: 2.5%, ApplePay/GooglePay: 1.8%, International: 3.58%.
These fees replace any existing merchant service fee or surcharge and you and your customers will earn Qantas Points on eligible payments
Yes! If your customers or clients are Qantas Business Rewards members and they enter their ABN on your payment page, they will earn 1 Qantas Points for every $10 paid to you**. We make this clear on your branded payment page, so they know what to do, and that they earn Qantas Points for making a payment. If you want to go even further and reward your customers with more bonus Qantas Points for doing business with you, you can upgrade to become a ‘B2Bpay Bonus Biller’. To become a Bonus Biller, simply ask us how!
