Make Sure you have a AroFlo, Xero and B2Bpay account

If you already use AroFlo and Xero, simply sign up to accept payments with B2Bpay

We will help you get a payment link on your invoices

You will create invoices in AroFlo as per usual. The invoices will be sent from Xero to your customers and a 'Pay with B2Bpay' option will be added to your Xero invoices. Our onboarding team will get this done for you!

All synced to save you time

Once a customer makes a payment, this data will be synced to Xero and AroFlo to mark the invoice as paid (or part paid). How simple is that? And the best part is, it costs you nothing (as card processing fee is passed on to the customer) and you earn Qantas Points for getting paid+.

How does it work?

1. Create the invoice

Create the invoice in AroFlo like you normally would.

2. AroFlo sends to Xero

AroFlo syncs the invoice details to Xero to send out.

3. Xero sends your invoice

Xero sends your invoice out to your customer or client.

4. Paid with B2Bpay

Your customer can choose to 'Pay with B2Bpay' on your invoice which pre populates a payment page in B2Bpay.

5. Invoice is set to paid

B2Bpay let's Xero know that the invoice is paid. Xero marks it as paid and syncs the data to AroFlo which makes it paid there too.

6. You earn Qantas Points

You earn Qantas Points! Earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 paid to you via VISA or Mastercard.+

A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for B2Bpay customers by using this link. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the B2Bpay Customer Terms and Conditions. * Standard earn rates for Qantas Points ongoing as as follows: Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $7 paid to the ATO by card, 1 Qantas Point for every $10 paid to all other billers by card, and 1 Qantas Point for every $3 paid to a biller by bank account. Members can also earn up to 3 Qantas Points per $1.50 paid to B2Bpay Bonus Billers. See B2Bpay website for a list of current B2Bpay Bonus Billers. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to B2Bpay by emailing  [email protected].
