How much does it cost?
There is no cost to join B2Bpay and no ongoing fees other than the normal card processing fee (which depends on the card you use) or bank account processing fee. These processing fees are tax deductible and B2Bpay provides you with a tax invoice
The value of all the credit card points and Qantas Points that you can earn combined with the cash flow benefits outweigh the tax deductible B2Bpay processing fees.
Accepting Payments

How much does it cost to accept payments with B2Bpay?
There is no cost for you to receive payments as your customers pay the processing fees, unless you choose to absorb the fees.
If you choose to absorb the processing fees they are as follows: Visa / Mastercard standard cards: 1.3%, Visa / Mastercard premium and corporate cards: 1.65%, American Express cards: 2.3%, Diners Club cards: 2.5%.
These fees replace any existing merchant service fee or surcharge and you and your customers will earn Qantas Points on eligible payments.
How much does it cost to make payments with B2Bpay?

Do my customers earn Qantas Points too?
Yes! If your customers or clients are Qantas Business Rewards members and they enter their ABN on your payment page, they will earn 1 Qantas Points for every $10 paid to you**. We make this clear on your branded payment page, so they know what to do, and that they earn Qantas Points for making a payment. If you want to go even further and reward your customers with more bonus Qantas Points for doing business with you, you can upgrade to become a ‘B2Bpay Bonus Biller’. I don’t use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks – can I still use B2Bpay to receive online payments?
Yes of course, we can work with you to get a payment link on any invoice template.

B2Bpay is owned and operated by Zenith Payments Pty Ltd, a leading payment processing business based in Balmain, Sydney. A standard and tax-deductible credit card processing fee (from 1.2% excl. GST) or a bank account processing fee (0.65% excl. GST) applies to all payments and the applicable fee will be displayed when you set up a biller and/or when you make a payment.
# Use a Qantas Points earning credit card to earn points on every payment. Card products referred to are not issued by Qantas but by the relevant Card partners. The applicable Card Partner is the credit provider and credit licensee under the National Consumer Credit laws. Points are offered by the relevant Card partner and partner reward program and can only be earned on eligible purchases. Contact the relevant Card Partner for terms and conditions or enquiries.
*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for B2Bpay customers using this link. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the B2Bpay Customer Terms and Conditions. Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $7 paid to the ATO by card, 1 Qantas Point for every $10 paid to all other billers by card, and 1 Qantas Point for every $3 paid to a biller by bank account. Members can also earn up to 3 Qantas Points per $1.50 paid to B2Bpay Bonus Billers. See B2Bpay website for a list of current B2Bpay Bonus Billers. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account by the 14th day of the month following the eligible spend. B2Bpay Billers will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 of customer payments made by customers using VISA or Mastercard via the Public WebPay payment portal supplied by B2Bpay (an ‘eligible payment’) and featured on the Biller’s invoice or statement template. Excludes failed or refunded payments and may not be available to businesses on enterprise or special pricing plans. Referred Customers: Customers who are referred to B2Bpay under the Refer and Earn Program who make more than $20,000 in card payments between 1 Feb – 30 June will earn 10,000 bonus Qantas Points
Referrals: Existing customers (also applicable to those who sign up during the campaign period) can make referrals to earn up to 150k Qantas Points (including the level up bonus)
Refer 2 x businesses to B2Bpay and if they collectively make more than $40k in card payments before 30 June 2023, you earn 20,000 bonus Qantas Points
